How can I receive my counselling?

Step 1

Subscribe to the counselling service from choosing your counselling package in “Purchase counselling" section below.
Fill in the data and make the payment.

Step 2

Once the nurse has connected your subscription to the Migrevention clinic, you will receive an activation link via e-mail that needs to be activated within 24 hours.

Step 3

When you have activated your account, fill in a questionnaire about your current headache status and start chatting with your headache nurse!

Insurance coverage

If your employer offers health insurance in cooperation with an insurance company and you have been diagnosed with a primary headache (e.g. migraine) you can receive compensation for the Migrevention service in the following way:

  • Visit your doctor and receive a primary headache diagnosis first to be eligible for insurance coverage.

  • The weekly nurse counselling period must be within the scope of the health insurance period.

  • After you have activated the counselling service through Migrevention e-mail link, you will receive an invoice that you can send to the insurance company along with the compensation application (note that the invoice is not the receipt received straight after payment).
